This is the privacy policy of The Beach House Carreg Las. In this document, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to The Beach House Carreg Las. Our office is at Rose Cottage, Hawkeswell Lane, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 3JG. ​We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For any personal data you provide for the purposes of your booking, Bev Walker-Pugh is responsible for storing and otherwise processing that data in a fair, lawful, secure and transparent way.

What personal data we hold on you​
You may give us information about you by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you make a booking. The information you give us may include your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, phone numbers and bank details for returning security deposits. We may also ask for other data as required from time to time.

Why we need your personal data​
The reason we need your personal data is to be able to administer your booking and provide the services you require. Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is that we have a contractual obligation to you as a guest to provide the services you request.

Guest booking management to include processing of refunds of security deposits.

Who we share your personal data with​
We do not share your data with any third parties with the exception of our housekeeping team. If you do not wish your name only to be shared with this team, please email bev.walker@icloud.com.

How long we hold your personal data​
We will hold your personal data on file for two years after your stay and this will then be destroyed securely.

Your rights regarding your personal data​
As a data subject you may have the right at any time to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data. As a data subject you are not obliged to share your personal data with us. If you choose not to share your personal data with us we will not be able to proceed with your booking.

Sending a message to us
​When you contact us, whether by telephone or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need.​ We record your request and our reply in order to increase the efficiency of our business. We keep personally identifiable information associated with your message, such as your name and email address so as to be able to track our communications with you to provide a high quality service.

At any time you can obtain a copy of any information that we hold about you by sending us a request at bev.walker@icloud.com. ​After receiving the request, we will tell you when we expect to provide you with the information, and whether we require any fee for providing it to you.

When we receive any request to access, edit or delete personal identifiable information we shall first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or otherwise taking any action. This is important to safeguard your information.

If you are not happy with our privacy policy or if you have any complaint then you should tell us by email.
